Refund Policy

In order to avoid any tasteless or unseemly transactions we reserve the right to decline processing orders. In such a case the ordering party will be informed and any money paid will be refunded and administration charge may apply. In the unlikely event an order has to be cancelled a 25% administration fee will be deducted from the order total before refunds are issued.

Returns Policy

Most of the products we produce are personalised to your specific instructions and requirements. For this reason we do not accept bespoke product returns. If the product is defective or deviates from the instructions/specifications you provided in your order we may accept a return but must be communicated to us prior to return. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all orders received are present and correct. Speedy Stamps must be notified within 5 working days of receipt if goods received are not as ordered.
