These terms and conditions are valid for any order placed on the online shop ‘www.stampforless.com’. We do not accept other terms and conditions by the ordering party.

Orders placed on ‘www.stampforless.com’

All orders placed are binding and will be produced and delivered in India. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and service by allowing us to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including passing your details on to the couriers. We are not obliged to supply goods until we confirm your order by e-mail or telephone.

Graphic designs can be uploaded and a 1:1 Real Preview (PDF can be printed out) is available to see the imprint of the stamp to be produced. The ordering party is therefore responsible for the quality uploaded. In case of poor quality uploaded we will contact the ordering party for ‘QUALITY ACCEPTANCE BEFORE PRODUCTION’.

Important: The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct full postal address including postcode and e-mail address during the ordering process.

In order to avoid any tasteless or unseemly transactions we reserve the right to decline processing orders. In such a case the ordering party will be informed and any money paid will be refunded an administration charge may apply. In the unlikely event an order has to be cancelled a 25% administration fee will be deducted from the order total before refunds are issued.

Pricing

The prices shown on ‘www.stampforless.com’ are net price including GST – Freight Extra. Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be displayed online. In case of production problems the ordering party will be contacted immediately.

Payments

Payments can be made by credit or debit card, net banking orDD (see ‘www.stampforless.com’), cheques or DD. Card payments are made by using our high security payment system through Axis Bank

You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

For telephone orders the ordering party will receive confirmation e-mails.

Delivery

 Most of the order will dispatch on the same day, some Orders, special design maximum 2 working days, Bulk order ie 10+ we will call/ Email and fix the delivery time. In all cases of dispatch we will inform the customer email, sms or phone the delivery Details and including tracking number and the expected date. The customer will ensure the receipt of the content and will inform stampforless as and when received.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail or fax us and we will respond to the complaint within 7 working days.

No guarantee

Despite the maximum care taken during the preparation of this web site, ‘www.stampforless.com’ cannot guarantee the correctness and exactitude of the information which it contains. ‘www.stampforless.com’ excludes any responsibility for damage, which might result directly or indirectly from the use of this web

Official Seals

Order is placed for official government department offices, Educational institutions – Govt /Private, Hospitals, Companies, firms, Banks or agency seal the ordering person/official should submit proof of the authenticity of such order. Proof includes authorization in letter head, official communication, and official email. In such orders should contain full address of the shipment.

Governing Law

All issues related to the protection infringement or misuse of stamps and other materials supplied by stampforless shall be instituted in jurisdiction of Court Calicut Kerala- India. The customer also agree that he will not to assert in any legal action or proceeding involving stampforless that a court sitting in Calicut kerala-india is an inconvenient forum for such legal action or proceeding.
